Over the past few weeks, our group has gained a clearer understanding of our deliverables and has devised a structured presentation for both our class and clients. I've realized that teamwork doesn't cater to individual paces and schedules. Everyone has a distinct working style and pace. Our objective isn't to determine who's right or wrong, but rather to enhance our collective output. Sometimes, understanding others' thought processes can be a fascinating thing, especially as a consultant. Observing people who possess more work experiences is an interesting thing during the working process.
