After approximately one month of working on our consulting project, here are crucial points that I believe can enhance project progress and success:

Client Engagement: The client's approach to engaging with our consulting team has played a critical role in the project's progress. The client’s understanding that this consulting project is part of our graduate school work has been beneficial in defining the project’s scope and establishing expectations.

Value Addition: The client we are working with has extensive experience in the field, having worked on this project for several years. Identifying how we can contribute value to their work in a relatively short time frame is essential for achieving a satisfactory outcome that benefits both our team and the client.

Reassessment of Problem Statement and Project Scope: The ongoing process of revisiting the problem statement and project scope has played a significant role in our work. As we delve deeper into the topic, we often have more questions than answers. Therefore, the ability to discuss and clarify these questions with the client is crucial for the project's progress. Additionally, re-evaluating the scope at this stage with a better understanding of the project helps to pinpoint and prioritize topics and research areas of particular importance to the client.

Team Collaboration: Building strong relationships within the team has been a key element in recognizing each other's strengths and weaknesses. One aspect that has contributed to maintaining a positive team dynamic has been exploring diverse cultures' dishes after class. Sharing our objectives and values has helped with effective team communication and the development of trust and mutual respect.
