This workshop sponsored by SIPA’s Sustainable Investing Research Initiative (SIRI) will prepare participants to hit the ground running for any consulting project, be it in sustainable and impact investing, ESG and climate finance, social entrepreneurship, corporate sustainability, impact measurement, development and blended finance, etc. The participants will learn skills such as problem framing, storylining, teamwork, interviewing clients, project planning, expectation setting, conflict management, communicating results, and how to deliver effective presentations.
This is an essential skills-building workshop with short talks on a range of topics, case studies, design-based team activities, small group work, large group discussions, and concluding with a range of expert perspectives.
