The series is led by Alecia Hill, SIPA alum and SIRI Young Leaders Fellow.

Biographies
Moderator:
Odinaka (NK) Ezeobele is a finance and policy professional with expertise at the intersection of sustainable finance, climate innovation, and market systems in Africa. She has advised DFIs, central banks, and agribusiness ventures on capital raising, credit risk, and carbon markets. A former PwC advisor with experience across corporate finance and energy infrastructure, she brings a unique systems perspective to blending finance with impact.
Speaker:
Jackline Okeyo is the Founder and CEO of Mzansi Clean Energy Capital, a start-up fund catalyzing investment in utilities infrastructure for affordable housing across Africa. With 16+ years of experience spanning real estate, housing decarbonization, and climate finance in South Africa and the US, she has advised institutions including NYSERDA, the UN, and Investec. Jackline also serves on the boards and councils of IHS, FAST-Infra, and TISFD, and is recognized as one of eighteen African Climate Ambassadors. She holds an Executive MPA from Columbia University and is a chartered commercial property surveyor (RICS).
