John Fennebresque is Managing Principal of Fennebresque & Co., LLC, a Charlotte-based FINRA-registered investment banking advisory firm, and a principal at SusCap Advisors, a carbon markets and blended finance advisory firm. John began his career in Structured and Project Finance at Bank of America and Credit Suisse before founding Fennebresque & Co. over two decades ago. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
He has been a long-standing advisor to GreenTrees, the world's largest afforestation and reforestation carbon project, with work spanning capital markets strategy, commercial relationship structuring, and carbon credit verification. His practice focuses on the intersection of environmental finance, voluntary carbon markets, and blended finance.
