Vincent Shen

Vincent Shen Vincent Shen (沈司琦) is a founding partner of the New Wangdao Impact Fund, a US$500 million Singapore-domiciled fund managed by New Wangdao Capital, which he leads alongside Acer founder Stan Shih and former TSMC CFO Lora Ho.

The fund carries the New Wangdao philosophy — the Leader's Way for the 21st Century — into capital: leadership measured not by profit alone but by creating value, balancing interests, and sustaining both across generations. Vincent brings three decades across global finance, healthcare entrepreneurship, and university technology transfer: Managing Director at Merrill Lynch (Asia), builder of Taiwan's largest oncology enterprise, Oxford Saïd alumnus, and Columbia SIPA Senior Research Scholar working on blended finance. Through SIMFO, a partner in the NVIDIA Inception VC Alliance, he connects the fund's deep-tech portfolio to the frontier of global AI infrastructure.
